Eating in a healthy way

We have begun this term talking about the food. This is a very serious subject for our health, however we are treating it in an amusing way. We are classifying food by colour in a rainbow food, as each colour provide us different vitamins. So it is good to have a variety of colours in our daily menu. Furthermore, it is also crucial to know what kind of food we can eat daily in a great amount, like bread, rice, pasta, fruit, vegetables, nuts, meat, fish, eggs among others, and that food that we should eat in a restricted way like sweets, cakes, candies and chocolates. That’s why we are working on the pyramid food, to make children conscious about the food they consume in order to avoid illnesses.
