Dear Parents,
We are pleased to share with you the exciting details of our recent visit to the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airport as part of the students’ English project. During this trip, students had the opportunity to engage with passengers in both the arrivals and departures sections of the airport. This hands-on experience was designed to allow them to practice real-world communication, enhancing both their speaking and listening skills in a dynamic environment.
Throughout the visit, students asked passengers questions about their travel experiences, further developing their ability to converse naturally in English. They were able to observe different types of language use, such as greetings, farewells, and casual conversation, which tied directly into the themes they have been studying in class. The students’ interactions with passengers were not only a great way to improve their language proficiency, but they also helped them build confidence in speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
Students were able to apply the concepts from their English project in a real-world setting, and many found the experience both rewarding and insightful. The feedback from the students has been overwhelmingly positive.
Thank you for your support, and if you have any questions or would like more information about the project, please feel free to reach out.
