As part of our school’s Road Safety Education Project, our sixth-grade students explain the meanings of various traffic signs, helping everyone understand how to stay safe on the roads. A great opportunity to use the modal verbs: must, mustn’t, and should. As for the intonation, the students did their best to emphasize prohibition and obligation by slightly stressing must and mustn’t. A demanding task!
