Second position in THE FONIX 2014 
The Modern Foreign Languages Department is celebrating a recent piece of expected great news!!! The student Joep Van Noort has been awarded the second position in THE FONIX 2014.
The competition has three knockout stages. The local stage was held at each school between January and February. Then, on the 1st March the representatives of our school participated in the Regional stage. Joep was classified for the Final stage which was held in el Prat del Llobregat on Saturday 26th April.
On 9th May we were glad to learn that Joep had won the second position in his level, 1st Batxillerat. So, last Friday, 23rd May 2014 we travelled to Barcelona to attend the Award Ceremony.
Et voici une autre bonne nouvelle. Nous avons participé au Concours de Traduction, Français/Catalan, de l’Université Pompeu Fabra pour les catégories ESO et Batxillerat. Notre élève Guerau Marqués de 2n de Batx est arrivé à être finaliste. Donc, samedi 26 avril, nous sommes allés à Barcelone pour assister à la remise des prix. Nous n’avons pas gagné mais l’expérience a été très enrichissante et bravo à Guerau!
