Last Friday, March 2nd, the students of 1st ESO visited the animal sanctuary Món la Bassa, in Comarruga. It was a great trip that the students enjoyed a lot as they could join the animals, pet them, play with them and learn their life stories. Laia and Míriam (the founder of Món la Bassa and a guide), also shared with us some anecdotes, how some animals ended up in the sanctuary, and how they take care of the animals. After spending two hours with the animals (goats, chickens, dogs, donkeys, pigs, rabbits, goose, etc.), we had our breakfast, did some activities and enjoyed the nature. After having lunch we did a fun gymkhana to find all the clues related to some of the animal lives. We had a wonderful time!
