Avui, 29 de gener de 2025, és el nostre tercer dia per França.
Today, January 29, 2025, is our third day in France.
Avui hem iniciat la jornada amb una reunió amb Fabrice, el conseller pedagògic de la comarca. Hem analitzat les diferències entre els sistemes educatius francès i català, destacant el paper de les llengües, l’organització horària i models d’avaluació. Ens ha cridat l’atenció que als centres educatius francesos els dimecres no són lectius i els infants no van a l’escola, d’aquesta manera es mestres poden aprofitar per a la preparació i organització del curs. La trobada ha estat molt enriquidora per compartir experiències i reflexionar sobre millores en la nostra pràctica educativa. També hem parlat sobre l’assetjament escolar i la taxa de suïcidis que es donen entre els docents i la importància de la cura del professorat.
Today we started the day with a meeting with Fabrice, the educational councilor of the region. We have analyzed the differences between the French and Catalan educational systems, highlighting the role of languages, time organization and assessment models. It has come to our attention that in French educational centers Wednesdays are not teaching days and children do not go to school, in this way teachers can take advantage of the preparation and organization of the course. The meeting was very enriching to share experiences and reflect on improvements in our educational practice. We also talked about school bullying and the suicide rate among teachers and the importance of caring for teachers.
A la tarda, hem aprofitat per fer una visita cultural als llocs més emblemàtics de la ciutat de Nantes amb en Fabrice: el castell, la catedral, el monument per l’abolició de l’esclavatge, el barri de pescadors, la plaça reial i les màquines extraordinàries. Ha estat una oportunitat per conèixer millor el nostre entorn, aprofundir en el patrimoni local i intercanviar impressions des d’una perspectiva educativa. Una jornada completa, plena d’aprenentatge i bones converses!
In the afternoon, we took the opportunity to make a cultural visit to the most emblematic places in the city of Nantes with Fabrice: the castle, the cathedral, the monument against slavery, the fishers neighbourhood, the royal square and the extraordinary machines. It has been an opportunity to get to know our surroundings better, delve deeper into local heritage and exchange impressions from an educational perspective. A full day, full of learning and good conversations!
