We are getting started with written expression!

Our 3rd grade students have begun practising their writing skills by playing the game “Guess Who?”, After working on animal vocabulary and their characteristics — such as whether they have brown fur, a tail, scales, etc. — students used the structures “has got” and “hasn’t got” to describe them.

Then, each student wrote a description of their favourite animal. Finally, we played the game by reading the different descriptions and trying to guess which animal it was.

It was a fun and engaging way to practise writing in English!

Ens iniciem en l’expressió escrita de petits textos! Els alumnes de 3r, comencen a practicar l’escriptura d’una descripció, tot fent el joc del “Guess who?”. Després d’haver treballat el vocabulari dels animals i de les seves característiques, si tenen el pèl marró, si tenen cua, escates, etc. Tot fent servir l’estructura has got or hasn’t got.

Finalment cada alumne ha fet la descripció del seu animal preferit.

Després hem jugat al joc, on havien de llegir les descripcions dels animals per a endevinar quin era.

Ens ho hem passat d’allò més bé escrivint en Anglès!
