Like every year in English classes we have reflected on the importance of this celebration and as a culmination we have displayed some of the work carried out in the hallway.
We have heard the songs “Heal the World” by Michael Jackson and “Imagine” by John Lennon.
With the sixth graders we have worked with personalities such as “Martin Luter King Jr, Teresa of Calcutta, Gandhi, Dalai Lama, Rosa Parks” and we have even solved a wordwall with 7 people who won the Nobel Peace Prize. How nerve-wracking to solve it in less than five minutes!!!
