The German and the Catalan students created a logo to unify both schools and enjoyed some Catalan culture workshops.
Our students had a meeting with the mayor. The German learned about our village and our culture. We also screen printed the exchange logo on t-shirts. Then we finished with a village rally which they enjoyed very much.
On Wednesday our students were upcycling clothes from old pieces of denim and t-shirts. Later the German enjoyed a tour in Girona with some of our students being the official translators of the guide.
On Thursday the German students visited Barcelona and enjoyed city life.
On Friday, we all went to Can Putxet for some ‘Humor amarillo’ competition games and in the evening we had a great Farewell party in the canteen with yummy food prepared by the families, some emotional speeches and some Karaoke songs. We all had a great time!
On Saturday our hosts left Palautordera with a fantastic feeling of friendship
