Trip to London

TRIP TO LONDON
From the sixth to the tenth of February some students of first and second Batxillerat went on a school trip to London, the capital city of the United Kingdom.
During five days, our teachers (Dolors, Juliana, Natàlia and Sílvia) took us on a sightseeing tour around the city, which gave us the chance of seeing its major landmarks. We were stunned by the magnificence of its buildings and the liveliness of the city, which appeared to us as a place offering boundless opportunities of leisure, learning and other countless experiences. Its numerous museums, of which we visited two (the British Museum and the Natural History Museum), were truly fascinating. We also visited famous sites as Hyde Park, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Covent Garden market, Camden Town, Piccadilly and Oxford Circus… Without doubt, the splendidness of the city exceedingly compensated for the unpleasantness of the weather and our flagging forces at the end of the stay.
Frankly, I believe none of us will ever forget this exciting experience.
