Diari de mobilitat: Dia 4- Croma i visita al museu

We begin the day in the Cinematographic Laboratory class with Professor Arcopinto. The professor gives an introduction to the students about film composition using chroma key. He takes a tour of the history of cinema, giving examples of films that have represented technical advances in this composition, and showing various techniques for making sets.

Then, he suggests that the students make a small scene. The students organize themselves to be able to make it (actress, lighting manager, cameraman, director, tap dancer, set assistants, etc.). After several takes, they go down to the garden to film the background and create the effect of wind by moving the tree.

Finally, in class, they do the post-production with the editing program, which one student explains to the others.

To end today’s day, we accompanied the teaching staff of the Bodoni Paravia Institute in the celebration of 20 years of evening school. A meeting of former teachers and students to remember and value the work done since the start of this type of schooling.

To mark this celebration, the institute has opened its small museum where you can find different old tools and elements related to the world of printing, photography and video. A great opportunity to discover all these relics that are kept in the center’s facilities.
