On the first day of Mobility in Turin, we discover the Istituto di Istituzioni Superiori Bodono-Paravia. We were greeted by Daniele and the rest of his team.

En la primera jornada de la Mobilitat a Torí, descobrim l’Istituto di Istituzioni Superiori Bodono-Paravia. Hem estat rebuts pel Daniele i la resta del seu equip.

After a light breakfast to gain strength, we discover the facilities available for the 6 courses offered at the center. The space is organized into 3 buildings: the main building with the ordinary classrooms and two annex buildings with specific classrooms equipped to carry out practical tasks.

Després d’un petit esmorzar per agafar forces, descobrim les instal·lacions que es disposen pels 6 ensenyaments presents al centre. L’espai està organitzat en 3 edificis: edifici principal amb les aules ordinàries i, dos edificis annexos amb aules específiques i equipades per realitzar les tasques pràctiques.

We were able to discover the screen printing and printing classrooms (with printing hardware in different formats and sizes). In addition, in addition to state-of-the-art hardware, we discovered authentic historical relics that allow us to discover the history of the audiovisual world and that have no place in the center’s museum, which we will discover on Thursday. We were also able to see six classrooms that are used as a photographic studio, with their editing classrooms, as well as a photographic development classroom.

Hem pogut descobrir les aules de serigrafia, d’impressió (amb maquinari per impressió en diferents formats i mides. A més a més, a banda de maquinària d’última generació, hem descobert autèntiques relíquies històriques que permeten descobrir la història del món audiovisual i que no tenen cabuda al museu del centre, que descobrirem dijous. També hem pogut veure sis aules que s’utilitzen d’estudi fotogràfic, amb les seves aules de muntatge, així com una aula de revelatge fotogràfic.

Next, we went to the Projects and Production class, 3rd year. In this session, the students presented the work they had done to their classmates and teachers. Each student designed a poster based on one of the initial proposals: Climate Change, Social Equality or Dangers of AI. 

A continuació, hem anat a a la classe de Projectes i Producció, de 3r curs. En aquesta sessió, l’alumnat presenta als companys i mestres el treball que han realitzat. Cada alumne ha ideat un pòster a partir d’una de les propostes inicials: Canvi Climàtic, Igualtat Social o Perills de la IA. 

To make this design, they had previously analyzed several productions and made a draft of their ideas. Then, they made the designs digitally and finally presented them. Each author explained their characteristics, and together they gave feedback, giving both ideas for improvement and strong points. 

Per fer aquest disseny, prèviament han analitzat diverses produccions i han fet un esborrany de les seves idees. A continuació, han fet els dissenys digitalment i finalment els presenten. Cada autor/a n’explica les característiques, i entre tots fan el feedback, donant tant idees de millora com punts forts. 

Then, the teacher presented the next activity, which would be participation in a design contest. Secondary school students from all over the country can participate in the contest, and it involves creating a calendar inspired by the artist David Bowie and his songs. The formal characteristics that the calendar should have and the importance of this artist are explained.

A continuació, la professora presenta la següent activitat que serà la participació en un concurs de disseny.  Al concurs hi poden participar estudiants de secundària de tot el país, i es tracta de l’elaboració d’un calendari inspirat en l’artista David Bowie i en les seves cançons. S’expliquen les característiques formals que ha de tenir el calendari i la importància d’aquest artista.

Closing session of the 5th year Cinematography Technical Laboratory with Professor Campomaggi.

Sessió de tancament del Laboratori tecnici de cinematografia de 5è curs amb el professor Campomaggi.

In this session in the audiovisual laboratory, the presentations of the visual and audiovisual projects of the University entrance exams are reviewed. At the end of their studies, 5th year students must take some tests in order to obtain their degree. These tests encompass the different subjects they take throughout the course and can be done in writing or orally.

En aquesta sessió al laboratori d’audiovisuals es revisen les presentacions dels projectes visual i audiovisuals de les proves d’accés a la Universitat. En acabar el seus estudis, l’alumnat de 5è curs han de realitzar unes proves per poder obtenir el seu títol. Aquestes proves engloben les diferents assignatures que duen a terme al llarg del curs i pot tocar fer-les per escrit o bé, a nivell oral. 

Very practical session with two teachers in the classroom (one practical and one theoretical) to close and review the projects. These projects are a collection of tasks carried out throughout the course and which they will then have to present and explain. The teachers advise the students on the changes to be made to improve their tasks.

Sessió molt pràctica amb dos professors a l’aula (un pràctic i un teòric) per fer tancament i la revisió dels projectes. Aquests projectes són un recull de tasques realitzades al llarg del curs i que després hauran d’exposar i explicar. Els docents assessoren l’alumnat sobre els canvis a realitzar per millorar les seves tasques.
