This year, we celebrated Halloween in a fun and spooky way!
The students of 1st and 2nd grade enjoyed a terrifyingly joyful English class. They learned cheerful Halloween songs, played interactive games, listened to mysterious stories, made a craft, and discovered new vocabulary such as pumpkin, witch, spider, and bat. They also learned the famous expression “trick or treat”, used by children when they go from house to house asking for sweets.
3rd graders have performed a Halloween song that everyone enjoyed!
Meanwhile, Barcelona was haunted! The 4th graders became real Halloween detectives, helping to catch vampires, pumpkins, ghosts, zombies, witches, and cats hidden around the streets.
In 5th grade, students created spooky door hangers to decorate their classrooms, and the 6th graders worked on a special Halloween dossier full of reading comprehension and vocabulary activities and then a soopoktacular Kahoot.
Finally, 6th graders joined in the fun with a lively paper cup game played to the rhythm of The Addams Family song!
It was a frightfully fun celebration for everyone! 🎃🕷️🦇
