Our restaurant spaces are pedagogical rooms, where students undertake real practices. This is a unique opportunity, but it also limits us to a time frame. Due to this reason, punctuality is kindly requested, as well as patience in those cases in which delay prevents from accessing our offer. In a similar line, we kindly request to leave the dining room before 4 p.m.
Entrance time: from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Only lunch.
From Monday to Friday on school days. Closed on bank and school holidays.

A daily menu, composed by dishes from the Catalan gastronomy that change every week.
This menu made by students and teachers from the School is composed of: appetiser, a first course to choose, a second course to choose, desserts, bread, water, wine glass or beer and coffee.

The School complies with the regulatory framework on food safety which is shown below:
1. Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council on the hygiene of the alimentary products.
2. Regulation (EC) No. 1169/2011 on food information provided to the consumer.
3. Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council and Royal Decree No. 1420/2006 on the prevention of parasitism for anisakis in fishing products that are supplied by establishments to the final consumer.
4. Royal Decree 140/2003, on February the 7th, establishing the sanitary criteria of the quality of the water for consumption.
5. Law 3/2020, of March the 11th, on the prevention of alimentary losses and wasting.
