Our School Joins the eTwinning Project “CLIMATE CHAMPIONS: Literacy for a Sustainable Future”

We are thrilled to announce that our school is taking part in an exciting eTwinning project titled “CLIMATE CHAMPIONS: Literacy for a Sustainable Future” with the students from 6th grade. In this collaborative initiative, our students join peers from Romania, Croatia, Jordan, Poland, Georgia, Turkey, Portugal, and Italy to explore and address one of the most pressing issues of our time: climate change and sustainability.

Through eTwinning, we aim to connect with schools across Europe, encouraging meaningful cultural exchange and collaborative learning. This particular project, CLIMATE CHAMPIONS, provides our students with a platform to enhance their understanding of climate literacy, engage in rich discussions, and work creatively with others to develop sustainable ideas and solutions.

Participation in projects like this not only broadens students’ knowledge but also strengthens key skills such as communication, teamwork, and digital literacy. As they interact with students from different countries, they gain diverse perspectives on environmental challenges, fostering a global mindset and a sense of shared responsibility for our planet.

We are looking forward to seeing our students grow as “climate champions,” taking active steps towards a sustainable future. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our journey in this impactful project!
