Children in 2nd grade started an eTwinning project called “Singing Christmas around Europe”. The aim of this project is to create a musical Advent calendar with other European schools. So we will be able to listen one different song for each day in December. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the traditions around Europe and we are very excited to share our traditional Catalan Christmas song!
Els nens de 2n curs han iniciat un projecte Etwinning anomenat “Cantant Nadales per Europa”. L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és crear un calendari musical d’Advent amb altres escoles europees. D’aquesta manera podrem escoltar una cançó diferent per cada dia del mes de desembre. És una oportunitat per aprendre més sobre les tradicions d’Europa i estem molt contents de compartir la nostra cançó tradicional de Nadal catalana.

But moreover, we can share information about our school on TwinSpace and introduce ourselves to our European friends. We also can find the different schools on the map and share Christmas cards with the rest of schools. Here you can see us working on the project!

The song chosen is “Les figures del pessebre”. Now we have to practice a lot and as soon as we record the video of the song, we will share it with all of you!
