READING FOR LIFE

:Our school is currently embarked in a 2-year project along with these other European schools:

• Liceul Tehnologic Octavian Goga (Jibou, Romania; project coordinators)
• Agrupamento de Escolas de Idães (Felgueiras, Portugal)
• Osnovna Šola (Litija, Slovenia)
• Hilstad Skole (Velfjord, Norway)

This project intends to foster and improve our students’ reading skills by means of activities that also promote tolerance, non-discrimination, social engagement and the healthy expression of emotions amongst the youth.

Some of the tasks will be performed in each school simultaneously, and then shared and assessed by the teachers via our eTwinning room.

and some other tasks will be done during our mobilities, involving real life interaction among students from the five schools. Indeed, each school will host the other four schools in one of the terms, coordinating activities that are related to the books and the values that we want to reinforce.
