Today, students from 1r to 6è went to Sudanell to enjoy a wonderful theatre performance in English. In the days leading up to the show, we worked on the story, vocabulary and songs in class in order to help students understand the play and make the most of the experience.

The play tells the legendary story of Ulysses and his long journey home, driven by his love for his family. Throughout his journey, the audience followed Ulysses as he faced extraordinary obstacles, mythical creatures and supernatural challenges. All of this took place within an epic dispute between two powerful gods: Athena, his protector, and Poseidon, who is determined to prevent his return at any cost.

The actors delivered an excellent performance! The students really enjoyed the show, and some of them even had the opportunity to go up on stage or ask the actors questions at the end of the performance.

It was undoubtedly a very enriching experience, and we are sure we will repeat it!

Avui, els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER s’han desplaçat a Sudanell per gaudir d’una magnífica obra de teatre en anglès. Durant els dies previs a la representació, hem treballat a l’aula la història, el vocabulari i les cançons per tal de facilitar-ne la comprensió i poder aprofitar al màxim l’experiència.

L’obra narra el llegendari viatge d’Ulisses, que lluita incansablement per tornar a casa, mogut per l’amor a la seva família. Al llarg d’aquesta travessia, els espectadors han acompanyat el protagonista en la seva lluita per superar obstacles extraordinaris, enfrontant-se a criatures mítiques i a desafiaments sobrenaturals. Tot plegat, emmarcat en una disputa èpica entre dos déus poderosos: Atena, la seva protectora, i Posidó, decidit a impedir el seu retorn a qualsevol preu.

Els actors han fet una interpretació excel·lent! Els alumnes han gaudit molt de l’espectacle i alguns fins i tot han tingut l’oportunitat de pujar a l’escenari o de fer preguntes als actors en finalitzar la funció.

Sens dubte, ha estat una experiència molt enriquidora que segur que repetirem!

Today the children from I3, I4 and I5 have been to Albatàrrec in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Micky monkey is a cheeky monkey that swings through the trees in the jungle. He is learning about emotions and feelings. Micky wants to be happy and needs help when he feels hungry, thirsty, sleepy, angry and dirty. 

The actors were really fun! The children have paid attention carefully. They have enjoyed singing and dancing, too. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

Avui els alumnes d’I3, I4 i I5 de la ZER s’han desplaçat a Albatàrrec per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Micky Monkey és un mico descarat que es balanceja pels arbres de la selva. És un mico molt petit i està aprenent sobre emocions i sentiments. En Micky vol ser feliç i necessita ajuda quan té gana, set, son, etc.

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes han estat molt atents i també han gaudint cantant i ballant. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

On 8th February the children from 1r to 6è went to Montoliu de Lleida in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Tarzan lives in the jungle with all his animal friends. It’s wild, it’s fun and it’s tax free. But when Tarzan meets the intrepid jungle explorer, Jane, he suddenly realizes that his levels of culture, English and personal hygiene need to be improved and quickly.

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children enjoyed a lot and some of them asked the actors questions at the end of the show. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

El dijous 8 de febrer els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER es van desplaçar a la sala del ball de Montoliu de Lleida per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Tarzan viu a la jungla amb tots els seus amics animals. És un lloc salvatge, divertit i lliure d’impostos! Però quan Tarzan es troba amb la Jane, la intrèpida exploradora de la jungla, de sobte s’adona que necessita millorar ràpidament el nivell cultural, l’anglès i la higiene personal…

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van gaudir i van participar cantant i responen quan els hi preguntaven. Alguns d’ells van fer preguntes als actors quan va acabar la representació. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

On 12th April the children from P3 to P5 went to the village hall in Sudanell, in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Little Red Riding Hood is walking through the forest to her grandmother’s house. She meets lots of funny animals on the way: a hedgehog, a squirrel, some sleepy rabbits, a fox, a crow and even a dancing teddy bear! But be careful – there is a wolf hiding somewhere in the forest… Arh-woooooo!!

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children sang, danced and enjoyed a lot. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

El dimecres 12 d’abril els alumnes de P3 a P5 de la ZER es van desplaçar a la sala del ball de Sudanell per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

La Caputxeta Vermella passeja pel bosc cap a la casa de la seva àvia. Al camí es troba amb tota mena d’animals divertits: un eriçó, un esquirol, uns conills adormits, una guineu, un corb i fins i tot un ós de peluix ballador! Però aneu amb cura –que també hi ha un llop que s’hi amaga… Aaaauuuuuuuuu!

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van cantar i ballar. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

On 10th March the children from 1r to 6è went to Sudanell in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

England has a problem: the Sheriff of Nottingham, the rich and greedy tax collector. Our brave hero, Robin Hood is the only one who can save the country and the beautiful Lady Marion. With bow, arrow and sword he heroically fights for justice and love.

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children enjoyed a lot and some of them asked the actors questions at the end of the show. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

El divendres 10 de març els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER es van desplaçar a la sala del ball de Sudanell per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Anglaterra té un problema: el comissari de policia de Nottingham, el ric i avar recaptador d’impostos. El nostre valent heroi, Robin Hood, està convençut que ell és l’únic que pot salvar el país. Amb arc, fletxes i espasa, lluita heroicament en nom de la justícia. És valent. No té por.

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van gaudir i van participar cantant i responen quan els hi preguntaven. Alguns d’ells van fer preguntes als actors quan va acabar la representació. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!
