Tarzan

On 8th February the children from 1r to 6è went to Montoliu de Lleida in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Tarzan lives in the jungle with all his animal friends. It’s wild, it’s fun and it’s tax free. But when Tarzan meets the intrepid jungle explorer, Jane, he suddenly realizes that his levels of culture, English and personal hygiene need to be improved and quickly.

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children enjoyed a lot and some of them asked the actors questions at the end of the show. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

El dijous 8 de febrer els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER es van desplaçar a la sala del ball de Montoliu de Lleida per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Tarzan viu a la jungla amb tots els seus amics animals. És un lloc salvatge, divertit i lliure d’impostos! Però quan Tarzan es troba amb la Jane, la intrèpida exploradora de la jungla, de sobte s’adona que necessita millorar ràpidament el nivell cultural, l’anglès i la higiene personal…

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van gaudir i van participar cantant i responen quan els hi preguntaven. Alguns d’ells van fer preguntes als actors quan va acabar la representació. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

Santa’s Boots

This morning the children from I3, I4 and I5 have been to Montoliu de Lleida in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We have been practising the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Santa’s Boots is a theatre play related to Christmas with vocabulary about animals, colours and numbers. The actors used puppets and sang beautiful songs. The children enjoyed a lot! We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

Aquest matí els alumnes d’I3, I4 i I5 de la ZER s’han desplaçat a Montoliu de Lleida per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació hem treballat el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Santa’s Boots és una obra de temàtica nadalenca que inclou vocabulari d’animals, colors, números i vocabulari relacionat amb el Nadal. La història l’han explicat amb titelles tot combinant diàleg i cançons. Els nens i les nenes han estat molt atents i han gaudit de l’espectacle. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència! Little Red Riding Hood

On 12th April the children from P3 to P5 went to the village hall in Sudanell, in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Little Red Riding Hood is walking through the forest to her grandmother’s house. She meets lots of funny animals on the way: a hedgehog, a squirrel, some sleepy rabbits, a fox, a crow and even a dancing teddy bear! But be careful – there is a wolf hiding somewhere in the forest… Arh-woooooo!!

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children sang, danced and enjoyed a lot. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

El dimecres 12 d’abril els alumnes de P3 a P5 de la ZER es van desplaçar a la sala del ball de Sudanell per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

La Caputxeta Vermella passeja pel bosc cap a la casa de la seva àvia. Al camí es troba amb tota mena d’animals divertits: un eriçó, un esquirol, uns conills adormits, una guineu, un corb i fins i tot un ós de peluix ballador! Però aneu amb cura –que també hi ha un llop que s’hi amaga… Aaaauuuuuuuuu!

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van cantar i ballar. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

Robin Hood

On 10th March the children from 1r to 6è went to Sudanell in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

England has a problem: the Sheriff of Nottingham, the rich and greedy tax collector. Our brave hero, Robin Hood is the only one who can save the country and the beautiful Lady Marion. With bow, arrow and sword he heroically fights for justice and love.

El divendres 10 de març els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER es van desplaçar a la sala del ball de Sudanell per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Anglaterra té un problema: el comissari de policia de Nottingham, el ric i avar recaptador d’impostos. El nostre valent heroi, Robin Hood, està convençut que ell és l’únic que pot salvar el país. Amb arc, fletxes i espasa, lluita heroicament en nom de la justícia. És valent. No té por.

The Sea

On 29th March the children from P3 to P5 went to Albatàrrec in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

All aboard the Jolly Roger! Captain Bill and Pirate Pete are looking for treasure. Join them as they meet fish, turtles, an octopus and a starfish on this exciting sea adventure. But look out! There may be a shark close behind you…!

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children sang, danced and enjoyed a lot. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

El dimarts 29 de març els alumnes de P3 a P5 de la ZER es van desplaçar a Albatàrrec per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

Tothom a pujar al Jolly Roger! El capità Bill i el pirata Pete estan buscant el tresor. Anem amb ells en aquesta aventura on es trobaran amb peixos, tortugues, un pop i una estrella de mar. Però vigileu, que potser hi ha un tauró que us segueix!

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van cantar i ballar. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

Billy Banjo

On 4th February the children from 1r to 6è went to Albatàrrec in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Billy is an innocent, romantic musician. His wife, Kate, on the other hand, thinks he is lazy. Kate is tired of being poor, and insists that Billy leaves the house to earn some money. With the help of his banjo, the audience and a mysterious bandit, Billy tries to make $1000 and win back his beloved Kate.

El divendres 4 de febrer els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER es van desplaçar a Albatàrrec per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació vam treballar la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

En Billy és músic, somiador, il·lús, o segons la seva dona Kate, un mandrós inútil. Farta de la seva pobresa, la Kate el fa fora de casa perquè busqui la seva fortuna. Amb l’ajuda del seu banjo, del públic i d’un bandit misteriós Billy intenta guanyar 1000 $ i recuperar l’amor de la Kate.

Aladdin

This morning the children from 1r to 6è have been to Albatàrrec in order to enjoy a theatre play in English. We have been practising the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.

Aladdin and his mother work very hard in their laundry. One day, Aladdin finds a magic lamp amongst the piles of dirty clothes and soon a genie offers to improve his life and find him his ideal job. But what is Aladdin’s ideal job? Something easy, something fun, something that pays a lot of money? With the help of the audience, Aladdin tries several “ideal” jobs before he learns that not everything is as easy as it looks.

The actors were brilliant and fun! The children enjoyed a lot and some of them volunteered to help Aladdin find his ideal job. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.

After the play we went to the school of Albatàrrec where the children had breakfast and played in the playground. Thank you!

Aquest matí els alumnes de 1r a 6è de la ZER s’han desplaçat a Albatàrrec per gaudir d’una obra de teatre en anglès. Els dies previs a la representació hem treballat la història, el vocabulari i les cançons a l’aula per tal de facilitar la comprensió.

L’Aladdin i la seva mare treballen de valent a la seva bugaderia. Un dia l’Aladdin troba una llàntia màgica enmig de la roba bruta, d’on surt un geni que li ofereix millorar la seva vida i trobar-li la seva feina ideal. Però quina és la feina ideal de l’Aladdin? Amb l’ajuda del públic, l’Aladdin prova diverses feines “ideals” abans d’aprendre que no tot és tan fàcil com sembla.

Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes han gaudit i han participat cantant i responen quan els hi preguntaven. Alguns d’ells s’han ofert voluntaris per pujar a l’escenari i ajudar l’Aladdin a trobar la seva feina ideal. De ben segur repetirem l’experiència!

Després de la representació hem anat a l’escola d’Albatàrrec on hem esmorzat i jugat al pati. Moltes gràcies per l’acollida!
