On Wednesday 21 February, our 14-year-old students, who are following the third year of compulsory secondary education (Catalan 3r ESO), attended the UK Culture workshop, which was offered by a teacher called Danny from Burlington Publishing house.
They were taught about different British traditions, such as the typical breakfast in the UK. Also, about the British Royal Family or the city of London and its most famous monuments.
There were some interactive activities about cultural matters as well. They were given outstanding information about traditions in Scotland and Wales too.
I daresay it was quite interesting for our students,as the Burlington man showed his dydactic skills with young teenagers.
