Last Friday, 26th March, the Department of Foreign Languages of our school collaborated in the “English Day” event, organized by Joana d’Empúries Primary Education school. Our contributions were:
ROMEO AND JULIET SKETCHES
Every year, Our 3ESO students read Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, and then they are asked to write and perform a scene from the play but taking place in the 21st century. This year all the teams did great, but just one from each class was chosen to take part in the Joana d’Empúries English Day, so our students performed their sketches in front of a very special audience: the 5th grade students. Our students enjoyed it a lot because some of them had studied there and they met some of their former teachers.
PHOTO EXHIBITION VISIT
6th grade students paid a visit to INS Castelló and visited the Animal Photo Exhibition carried out by 4ESO students. After the visit, they voted for the most original, the funniest and the cutest photo.
