Have you ever heard about TED talks?
TED Conferences LLC (Technology, Entertainment and Design) is an American media organization that posts talks online for free distribution under the slogan “ideas worth spreading”.TED’s early emphasis was on technology and design, consistent with its Silicon Valley origins. It has since broadened its perspective to include talks on many scientific, cultural, political, humanitarian and academic topics.
Students of 1st BAT have made their debut with them around the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to send a message to try to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. With this experience students have learned the basic tips to become great speakers and have also practised how to make a successful and engaging speech.
