PRIMERS DIES A PORTUGAL.
Aquest dies he estat visitant dues escoles de primària a Maia, Portugal. L’escola EB1 i l’escola EB2 de Gueifães.
Ambdúes escoles formen part del cluster <Agrupamento da escolas da Maia>. Un cluster d’escoles és una estructura administrativa que agrupa diverses escoles sota una mateixa direcció i gestió.
Aquesta experiència m’ha permès conèixer de prop el funcionament del sistema educatiu portuguès i, especialment, la manera com treballen l’aprenentatge de la llengua anglesa a l’etapa de primària,
Les visites han estat molt enriquidores. He pogut observar les metodologies de treball, l’organització dels espais i els recursos utilitzats amb l’alumnat.
També he compartit experiències amb els i les mestres, he intercanviat idees i bones pràctiques que segur que podré aplicar al Suris. A més a més he establert vincles per fer futures mobilitats amb infants de la nostra escola.
El dilluns 23 vaig estar visitant l’Institut de Maia on ens van explicar com funcionava el sistema educatiu portugués i vam estar visitant els diferents espais de l’edifici. Ens havien preparat un taller d’art per fer rajoles portuguesses i un comecocos amb els edificis més emblemàtics de Maia.
El dimarts 24 i dimecres 25 vaig estar veient com feien classe a les escoles de primària d’anglès, portuguès i matemàtiques. A més a més, vaig tenir l’oportunitat de fer una nina de drap amb mitjons reciclats per enviar a infants d’Àfrica gràcies a l’associació <Reino Mágico Mães do Mundo>, que estava fent un taller a l’escola EB1 i em van preguntar si volia participar.
Gràcies a Luís, Helena, Aline, Fernanda i a tot l’equip de <Agrupamento de Escolas da Maia> per la rebuda i l’acompanyament. Sou un equip fantàstic.

FIRST DAYS IN PORTUGAL.
These days I have been visiting two primary schools in Maia, Portugal. The EB1 school and the EB2 school in Gueifães.
Both schools are part of the cluster <Agrupamento da escolas da Maia>. A cluster of schools is an administrative structure that groups several schools under the same direction and management.
This experience has allowed me to learn up close how the Portuguese education system works and, especially, the way they work on learning the English language at the primary stage.
The visits have been very enriching. I have been able to observe the working methodologies, the organization of the spaces and the resources used with the students.
I have also shared experiences with the teachers, I have exchanged ideas and good practices that I am sure I will be able to apply to Suris. In addition, I have established connections to make future mobilities with children from our school.
On Monday the 23rd I visited the Highschool of Maia where they explained how the Portuguese education system worked and we visited the different spaces of the building. They had prepared an art workshop for us to make Portuguese tiles and a cootie catcher with the most emblematic buildings of Maia.
On Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25th I was watching how they taught English, Portuguese and mathematics in primary schools. In addition, I had the opportunity to make a rag doll with socks to send to children in Africa thanks to the association <Reino Mágico Mães do Mundo>, which was holding a workshop at the EB1 school and they asked me if I wanted to participate.
