Last Thursday, 7th of May, 4th grade students enjoyed a very special day sharing experiences with children from Escola El Turó (Bigues i Riells del Fai) and Escola La Muntanya (Aiguafreda). The meeting was organised to celebrate English Day. This year, the topic of the event was “Once upon a time”.
The day began with lots of energy, with all the participants singing the English Day song together. After breakfast, children enjoyed a tour around eight game stations related to traditional fairy tales. At each station, they practised English in a fun way, working on vocabulary and expressions through movement and cooperation. At lunchtime, pupils from the three schools shared conversations, laughter and wonderful moments together. Finally, we said goodbye to a day full of joy.
This English Day was a great opportunity to continue improving English language skills and strengthening the links between schools. We would like to thank the CRP for their involvement and for the personalised T-shirts, which made the memory of the day even more special. Days like this encourage us to continue promoting activities that combine learning, living together and having fun. See you at the next edition!

El passat dijous 7 de maig, l’alumnat de 4t va viure una jornada molt especial compartint experiències amb els nens i nenes de l’Escola El Turó de Bigues i Riells del Fai i l’Escola La Muntanya d’Aiguafreda. La trobada es va organitzar amb motiu de la celebració de l’English Day. Enguany, el fil conductor de la jornada ha estat “Once upon a time”.
La jornada va començar amb molta energia, amb tots els participants cantant plegats la cançó de l’English Day. Després d’un petit esmorzar, els infants van gaudir d’un recorregut per vuit estacions de jocs relacionats amb els contes populars. A cada parada, posaven en pràctica l’anglès de manera divertida, treballant vocabulari i expressions mitjançant el moviment i la cooperació. A l’hora de dinar, els alumnes de les tres escoles van compartir converses, rialles i bons moments. Finalment, vam acomiadar una jornada plena d’alegria i bona convivència.
Aquest English Day ha estat una gran oportunitat per continuar millorant la competència en anglès i reforçar els vincles entre escoles. Agraïm al CRP la seva implicació i el detall de les samarretes personalitzades, que van fer encara més especial el record del dia. Dies com aquest ens animen a seguir promovent activitats que uneixen aprendre, conviure i divertir-se. Fins la propera edició!
