Along this first term, 5th and 6th graders have been working on the topic “How do we present ourselves?”.
We have learnt and practiced how to talk about:
- My name and age.
- Where I am from and where I live.
- With whom I live (family members and pets).
- My hobbies and interest.
- And saying 2 truths and 1 lie about myself.
To make the presentations, we have used the app Canva following a model (given by the teacher), but personalizing it as we liked.
And after creating the presentations, we have exposed them to the rest of the group and we have self-assessed our own work.
We enjoyed it and we are hoping to do more interactive activities like this one! 🙂
