Access requisites, having one of the following degrees:

  • Degree of Technician in Cooking and Gastronomy
  • Degree of Technician in Baking, Pastry and Confectionery
  • Degree of Technician in Comercialization of Food Products
  • Degree of Superior Technician in Kitchen Direction

Enrolment guidelines:

  • In-person pre-registration: from 9th May to 22nd May.
  • Publication of the list of admitted students in our webpage: 1st June at 1 p.m.
  • Claim period: from 1st June to 7th June.
  • Enrolment: from 14th June to 21st June (timetable: from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.).
  • Final list of enrolled students: 1st July at 1 p.m.
  • Claim period: from 1st July to 6th July.
  • Course price: 200 €.
