Aquesta setmana, l’alumnat de la comunitat de grans ha tingut l’oportunitat de submergir-se en la rica i vibrant cultura escocesa gràcies a una activitat especial organitzada des de l’àrea d’English.
David Vivanco ens ha visitat per compartir amb nosaltres un tast de les tradicions escoceses a través d’una experiència única i enriquidora. L’activitat ha inclòs danses tradicionals, cançons plenes d’històries populars, l’exhibició d’instruments típics i una explicació detallada sobre la vestimenta tradicional d’Escòcia, com el famós kilt.
L’alumnat ha pogut aprendre no només aspectes lingüístics a través de l’anglès, sinó també valors culturals i històrics que ajuden a comprendre millor la diversitat cultural del món. Els nens i nenes han gaudit molt interactuant amb les danses i escoltant les melodies que expliquen les llegendes i vivències d’Escòcia.
Agraïm molt la visita de David Vivanco, que ha fet possible aquesta experiència memorable, i esperem continuar explorant noves cultures a través d’activitats com aquesta!
This week, the students of the upper primary community had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich and vibrant Scottish culture thanks to a special activity organized by the English department.
David Vivanco visited us to share a taste of Scottish traditions through a unique and enriching experience. The activity included traditional dances, songs filled with popular stories, an exhibition of typical instruments, and a detailed explanation of Scotland’s traditional clothing, such as the famous kilt.
The students were able to learn not only linguistic aspects through English but also cultural and historical values that help them better understand the world’s cultural diversity. The children thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the dances and listening to the melodies that tell the legends and stories of Scotland.
