Science of 5th Grade

At Science of 5th Grade, we have been studying The Ecosystems this first term. Once we have become experts, we decided to organize some little groups, choose one ecosystem and create a poster applying all the theory we have learnt. Well done!

We have done a Science Project with our 6th grade students. We had a Webquest to investigate in six different teams. The topic has been the Relief and the Hydrography of Catalonia, Spain and Europe. Good work!

Halloween is a magic moment of the year for children. This year we have celebrated it through a song where Halloween characters (a witch, a ghost, a pirate, a vampire and a monster) has to discover who took the candy from the trick or treat bag.

Halloween és un moment màgic de l’any pels nens. Aquest any ho hem celebrat a través d’una cançó on personatges de Halloween (una bruixa, un fantasma, un vampir, un pirata i un monstre) han de descobrir qui ha agafat els caramels de la bossa de “truc o tracte”.

Reading moments. 2nd grade

This year we have started our “reading moments” in English. In small groups, we lay or we seat on the carpets, and all together we read a book, helping among us. After having read it, the group does a worksheet about the story, to check if we have understood it.

We like it very much!

Aquest any hem començat els nostres “moments de lectura” en anglès. En petits grups,  estirats o asseguts a les catifes, tots junts llegim un llibre, ajudant-nos els uns als altres. Un cop s’ha llegit, el grup fa una activitat sobre la historia, per comprovar si l’hem entès.

Ens agrada molt!

We create our Weekends Club 6è

Our sixth grade students are creating their ideal Weekends Club with really original ideas. Once they finished their posters, they are going to present it to the rest of the class and we are going to decide which is our favourite. Nice work!
