We know that there are three states of matter: solid, liquid and gas.
We did an ice experiment: we pour the liquids into individuals bags and we leave them to the freezer for one day. Then we see if the liquid freezes or doesn’t freeze. For example, medical alcohol with 96% volume, doesn’t freeze, but vinegar and coke, freeze.
In conclusion, liquids can change their physical state. This change is produced by temperature.
