Escola Ambaixadora del Parlament Europeu 2021-2022 (EPAS: European Parliament Ambassador School)

 

Aquest any els alumnes de 4t d’ESO del nostre institut han estat seleccionats per participar en un programa educatiu, organitzat per la Unió Europea, anomenat EPAS (European Parliament Ambassador School). 

Aquest programa té com a objectiu principal que els seus participants, majoritàriament de 4t d’ESO de Can Prunell, puguin esdevenir experts en la Unió Europea i així puguin també informar i formar la resta de l’institut sobre fets generals de la UE i notícies del Parlament Europeu.

Els alumnes de 4t d’ESO són els ambaixadors ‘Junior’ que treballen amb diversos materials per conèixer a fons la història de la UE, la seva estructura i la importància del Parlament Europeu i la seva influència en la nostra vida quotidiana.

Les activitats que aniran a organitzant al llarg d’aquest curs són molt diverses, però sobretot se centraran en aprendre aspectes històrics i teòrics sobre la Unió Europea, crear un InfoPoint i celebrar el dia 9 de maig (dia de la Unió europea).

Moltes d’aquestes activitats seran organitzades pels alumnes de 4t d’ESO que s’han ofert voluntàriament a participar en aquestes tasques.

Els alumnes es reparteixen en sis equips en funció de les diferents tasques a realitzar:

• Formació: faran una presentació a cada classe per informar sobre el projecte EPAS, i també faran una activitat mensual sobre la UE amb cada grup

• Art: es dedicaran a decorar el nostre centre amb la temàtica de la UE 
• Periodisme: ens aportaran les informacions actualitzades sobre la UE i redactaran els articles
• Informàtica: crearan un Infopoint amb la informació recopilada sobre la UE i les notícies sobre el Parlament europeu
• Animació: es dedicaran a preparar les activitats lúdiques del dia 9 de maig 
• Entrevista: s’encarregaran de l’entrevista a un Eurodiputat

European Parliament Ambassador School (EPAS)

This year the 4th-ESO-students from our school have been chosen for an educational programme called EPAS (European Parliament Ambassador School), organized by the European Union.

The main objective of this project is to make the participants, mainly students of 4th ESO from Can Prunell, become experts in the European Union. They are also in charge of informing the rest of the school about general facts and updates on the European Parliament.

The students are now called ‘Junior Ambassadors’. They have already started working on different types of materials in order to learn about the history and the structure of the European Union, the importance of the European Parliament and its influence on our daily lives.

The basic activities that are going to be carried out are: the theory and history of the European Union, the creation of an InfoPoint and the celebration of the 9th of May.

The students have been divided into six teams:

• The teachers: They will give a presentation to each class to inform students about the project, and they will organise a once-a-month activity for all the groups
• The artists: They will decorate the school with EU materials
• The journalists: They will provide us with the updated information about the European Union and will publish online articles
• The computer technicians: They will create an InfoPoint with all the relevant information
• The entertainers: They will prepare activities to celebrate the 9th of May
• The interviewers: They will prepare an interview to a Member of the European Parliament (MEP).
