On December 11th, we did an English karaoke at Centre Cïvic La Sedeta. To do the karaoke, two singers came and started singing songs in English like Houdini, Cold Heart, Viva la Vida, Euphoria, Black or White, Proud Mary, Can’t Help Falling in Love, As It Was, Flowers and Uptown Funk.

There were also parts where we had to sing and guess the singer. Some groups of students even dared to come out and sing with them. Also, the teachers sang with us. We enjoyed it a lot because we all sang and, at the end of the concert, they threw confetti at us.

We think the concert was a good and funny way to learn English in high school because it’s interactive and you can read the lyrics of some very popular English songs and understand what they say.
