Our very intrepid students of 4ESO accepted an amusing challenge: to tell jokes for 3 full minutes in front of their classmates

They had to look for their own material and choose jokes that could be told in several languages and also the ones that only work in English (puns). Long jokes, short jokes, the classic “doctor, doctor” and “knock, knock” jokes and of course, the ones about the chicken who crossed the road.

They were not alone in this journey: Bertie, our Speaking Assistant helped them out by giving them tips on pronunciation, rhythm and voice projection.
