As you already know, we are within the “Escoles Verdes” project, that is why we have prepared some Christmas gifts with used materials. We have given them a second chance and turned them into Christmas decorations!

Autumn has arrived at school!
Children from 1r and 2n have made autumn leaves and pumpkins with recycled creal boxes.
Children from 3r and 4t have used leaves to do an Art Project on two artistic movements:
3rd graders have made really beautiful pictures on SPRING.
They have used wax crayons and recycled coffee capsules to design their own flowers. They have also colored insects (bees, butterflies, dragonflies…) and some animals (rabbits and cats).

In Cicle Inicial corridor, we have welcomed the Spring with almond trees, flowers and birds!
1r has done Spring crowns with green leaves and flowers. For the birds we have used cuts of colored papers used in previous activities.

We have been working with geometry in Cicle Mitjà during the Arts & Crafts lessons.
3r has worked with Vasili Kandinsky and its most famous painting “Concentric Circles”.
4t has worked with Sol Lewitt. They have been creative with both, shapes and colors.

Today, it’s Saint Valentine’s day! It is a worlwide celebration to show LOVE towards family and friends.
In the Arts & Crafts lessons we have done some activities:
1st graders to 3rd graders have done bookmarks for our agendas.
4th graders have done a beautiful and colourful picture to hang on the wall.

In the Arts and Class lessons we have been working with blue waterpaint. Our objective was to create a winter landscape.
1st graders have painted snowflakes.
2nd graders have decorated a blue waterpaint paper with stars made with felt-tips.

We have done some Christmas decorations in the “Arts and Crafts” lessons. Children from 1r to 6è have spent several weeks working hard to finish the decorations on time.
