Last week the pupils of 5th and 6th level went to Can Tintorer stadium to practice a diferent sport like Korfball.
Korfball is a mixed game (4 boys and 4 girls), we use a high baskets calling korfs. Its a cooperative sport because you have to pass the ball quickly if you want to try to do a basquet. When you have the ball you can´t walk and bounce the ball, for that the option is pass to another partner of your team. There is two fields, attacants and defenders and you can´t move to the other field. Every 2 points you have to change the side of the field.
In this meeting we make a few matches with pupils of others schools from Viladecans, Gavà and Sant Climent. We bring there our material and our different t-shirt every team .The referees are girls and boys who play Korfall in the Catalonian national team.
We spent all the day playing matches again others schools and learning more about korfball. We enjoyed a lot and meet new friends from others schools. This meeting was the 26th Korfball edition.
We will going to do more editions because its a nice meeting and the pupils enjoy a lot
