Hello families!
As you know, the students of i3, i4 and i5 work in learning spaces on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.One of these spaces is called “Casolà” and this school year we do it in English.
In “Casolà”, students enjoy a space set up like a house, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, dolls, small beds, tables, etc.
At the beginning of each session, we greet each other, we remember the vocabulary of food and the utensils we use, we talk about the different possibilities of the space, the rules, etc. in English… Then the children play symbolic games freely around the classroom. At the end, we have a conversation to talk about what we have played, what we liked, how we felt, what we could improve…
