Hello, my name is Henry and I am currently working as a PE and English Language teaching assistant until the end of February 2023. I am 21 years old and study Spanish and French at the University of Edinburgh but I am originally from London. I have been in Sort since the beginning of September and feel very settled here. I love the outdoors, particularly hiking and I can´t wait to hopefully go skiing soon! What has surprised me the most about living in Sort, is how different it is to London! I am used to the hustle and bustle of cities and so I was astounded by the natural beauty of Sort and how many fun activities are on offer, from kayaking to hiking to skiing, and I have even started going to the local rugby training. I grew up playing rugby and it is my favourite sport so I was both surprised and over the moon when I heard I could play rugby while I am here. In fact I am teaching Year 5 and 6 how to play rugby in PE and I hope they enjoy it as much as I do. I really enjoy working in the school, as it has been a good insight into life as a teacher and the children are really nice and hardworking and their English is improving quickly!
