SOLIDARY FOOD COLLECTION
The students of 2nd ESO worked in a project about celiac disease and nutrition during the last term. Together with this activity, they helped to organize a solidary collection of food for the Lleida’s food bank from Monday 14th to Friday 18th of December.
To do that, we collected products with a large expiration date like legumes, sunflower oil, milk, broth, cookies, meat…
Taking part in these caring initiatives tells a lot about people and transmits a lot of important values to young people, like the voluntary students participating in this collection. This year we are 500 students at the high school, so we suggested getting at least, one piece of food per student.
