Aquest curs iniciem amb molta il·lusió el projecte europeu Erasmus+ “Make The CHange”, dins el marc de la nostra acreditació com a centre Erasmus. Es tracta d’un projecte de mobilitat escolar en col·laboració amb escoles de Romania, Itàlia i Polònia, amb l’objectiu de promoure valors com la sostenibilitat, la inclusió, la consciència digital i el plurilingüisme entre l’alumnat de 13 a 15 anys.

Mobilitats  (2024–25)   

La primera trobada internacional tindrà lloc a Manresa, on acollirem els estudiants i professorat dels països participants. Serà una setmana de convivència, activitats educatives i intercanvi cultural que donarà el tret de sortida al projecte.

Posteriorment, amb diferents grups d’alumnat del nostre centre, viatjarem a Romania, Itàlia i Polònia per continuar desenvolupant el projecte i avançar cap als objectius marcats en el nostre pla Erasmus.

A cada país, el treball es centrarà en un dels Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS), adaptat a les activitats i contextos de cada centre col·laborador. Aquest enfocament ens permetrà abordar grans reptes globals des de l’acció local i educativa.

 

CATALUNYA (Manresa 25-29 Novembre 2024)

  • ODS: Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being)

From May 13th to 17th, our school hosted the first international meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Make The CHange”. We welcomed students and teachers from Romania, Italy, and Poland to Manresa for a week of learning, cultural exchange, and collaboration. The main focus of the week was Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), which guided all the activities. Throughout the project, students explored themes such as healthy living, sustainability, and international cooperation through a wide variety of experiences.

Icebreakers & Team Building – “Challenge of the Week” Launch

We played ice-breaking games to learn each other’s names and get to know one another better. One of the week’s challenge was introduced: cooking a healthy dish with their host families.
We think that we have improved communication, we have made stronger group bonds with a relaxed environment for collaboration.

Study Visit to “Camp d’Aprenentatge del Bages”

Students visited an educational centre focused on sustainability and resource management in geology, water, and waste.
With this activity we have increased awareness of sustainable development and environmental responsibility.

Soap-Making Workshop (with Recycled Oil)

We have made soap using recycled oil, discovering the process of creating eco-friendly hygiene products.
This activity has helped us to understand that sustainability in health care products and connection with SDG 3.

Study Visit to Fundesplai (El Prat de Llobregat)

This space is focused on sustainability and education for coexistence.
We learn about plastic reduction, sustainable food choices, and ecological practices.

 “Eat, Act, Impact” Exhibition

We visited an exhibition about sustainable and healthy eating.

“Food Scape” Workshop

We worked in teams to solve puzzles around healthy eating and sustainable food systems.

Sports Games on the Beach

With this activity we practiced different games to encourage movement, teamwork, and fun. At the same time we improved physical health, group cohesion, and communication

Workshop – “Can We Help Our Planet?”

Working in groups we analysed the environmental impact of daily choices in self-care, nutrition, and physical activity.

Healthy recipe 

Students created and wrote healthy recipes in English, to be prepared later with host families.

Study Visit in Manresa

Students explored the city’s historic centre, visiting food stores that focus on local products and reducing plastic use landmarks such as La Seu cathedral.

Infographic & Oral Presentation

In groups, we created infographics on SDG 3 topics worked during this week and presented them to peers.

Family Dinner

Students cooked the healthy recipes with host families and shared a meal together.

Study Visit to Barcelona

Guided tour of Barcelona’s landmarks including La Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.

ROMANIA (Iasy 10-14 març 2025)

  • ODS: Sustainable Development Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities)

In this mobility in Iași, Romania, we collaborated in international teams, explored local sustainability initiatives, and discovered the cultural and natural heritage of the region. Here is a summary of the key activities:

Welcome and icebreakers activities

Icebreaker activities and the introduction of the main challenge of the week: how to teach others about sustainable cities in an engaging way. We worked in groups

Interdisciplinary Lesson: Sustainable Cities

We learned learned about what makes a city sustainable, analyzed real-life examples, and brainstormed innovative solutions to urban challenges like pollution, transportation, and housing.

Guided City Tour

We explored Iași through a guided walking tour, learning about its history, architecture, cultural identity, and local sustainability efforts.

Stop Motion Videos

We learned how to create stop motion videos—from concept to editing—using apps and LEGO sets. We had to communicate sustainability messages.

Cultural Workshop: Mărțișor Crafts

We created traditional Romanian “Mărțișor” crafts and learned about their meaning, linking cultural heritage with community identity and sustainability.

Visit to “Anastasie Fătu” Botanical Garden

A field visit combining nature and technology. We explored greenhouses and took part in a group competition using a mobile app to learn about biodiversity and urban green spaces.

Workshop on Passive Houses

An architect introduced the concept of passive house design and its importance in building energy-efficient, eco-friendly homes for the future.

Learning Stations

We participated in interactive workshops: a sustainability-themed Jenga game, a collaborative eco-city collage, a literary and theatrical discussion based on The Lorax, and a music station creating the “sounds of a sustainable city.”

Field Trip to the Moldova Delta

We understood the link between community sustainability and biodiversity through birdwatching and data collection with the iSeek app.

 

ITÀLIA (Trani 5-9 maig 2025)

  • ODS: Sustainable Development Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production)

Introduction and Project Launch

Students were welcomed through national anthems of each country involved, creating a positive and inclusive environment. They were introduced to the goals of the project, formed international teams, and visited the Italian school in Iași. The week’s challenge was presented: exploring SDG 12 through collaborative learning and teamwork.

Interdisciplinary Lesson on Responsible Consumption and Production

Students explored the key principles of reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle. Through group reflection, they discussed and compared daily habits related to consumption in their own countries, promoting awareness of sustainable behaviors.

Guided City Tour

Participants took part in an interactive city tour featuring storytelling, quizzes, and open discussions. The tour provided insight into the local history, architecture, and sustainable urban initiatives, enriching their cultural and environmental understanding.

CLIL Lesson on Food Waste

This classroom-based activity invited students to brainstorm and propose solutions to food waste. Working with local peers, they explored causes and consequences of waste, deepening their understanding of sustainability in everyday life.

ICT Research Lesson

Students conducted online research to investigate sustainable practices, focusing on the 4Rs. They analyzed specific products and discussed how responsible consumption can be applied in real-life situations.

Visit to All Saints and St James Churches

Participants learned about local traditions in church construction, especially the reuse of materials like stone. Italian students acted as guides, allowing participants to connect with cultural heritage and the idea of sustainability in history.

Art Lesson – Mosaic Creation

Using waste materials, students created mosaics that represented domestic scenes. This artistic experience helped them reflect on environmental issues while transforming waste into something meaningful and beautiful.

Study Visit to Galantino Olive Oil Mill

The visit offered a behind-the-scenes look at olive oil production, emphasizing the product’s environmental, economic, and cultural significance. Students gained a holistic understanding of sustainable agriculture.

Workshop “Let’s Make a Sustainable Snack”

Students visited a sustainable farm and participated in preparing traditional Apulian focaccia. This hands-on experience highlighted the relationship between local food practices and environmental sustainability.

Educational Visit to Alberobello

Exploring the famous “Trulli” houses and local shops, students discovered how tradition and innovation merge to reduce environmental impact. The visit also enhanced their sense of orientation and appreciation of regional commerce.

Healthy Lifestyle in the Town Gardens

During a walk through local gardens, students explored how integrating nature into cities contributes to sustainable living. The activity promoted well-being, environmental awareness, and a connection to green urban spaces.

POLÒNIA (Sanok 26-30 maig 2025)

  • ODS: Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Climate action)

In this meeting we explored environmental issues, cultural heritage, and teamwork through diverse educational and creative activities designed to strengthen intercultural communication and environmental responsibility.

Ice-breaker – “What do we know about each other?”

We interacted in international teams through games and quizzes, learning about each other’s cultures and building strong bonds for the rest of the week.

Interdisciplinary Lesson – Climate Action (SDG 13)

We explored the causes and effects of climate change and reflected on how sustainability impacts local and global communities.

Outdoor Game – “Discover SanOK!”

Through an exploration game across Sanok, we learned about the city’s history, architecture, and cultural highlights, enhancing their collaboration and orientation skills.

Workshop – “Super Salvador”

We watched a scientific film and took part in a discussion and hands-on activities that helped us understand environmental processes and their connection to climate change.

Mindfulness Session – “Calm Mind, Calm Earth”

We connected emotional well-being with environmental awareness and personal responsibility.

Artistic Workshop – “Caps for Climate”

Working together, students created an art piece using recycled materials while reflecting on how art can raise awareness for environmental issues.

Canva Project – “Digital Voices for Climate”

We collaborated on digital media projects to promote climate awareness, combining creativity with communication skills.

Educational Visit – Klasztor Zagórz and Surroundings

We visited a historical monastery, learning how heritage and modern technologies can promote sustainability and cultural preservation.

Learning Stations – “Climate Quest”

An outdoor, interactive circuit of climate-themed challenges helped students understand causes of climate change and explore solutions.

Awareness Session – “Air Under Threat”

Students learned about smog and air pollution, its impact on health and the environment, and discussed ways to improve air quality.

Interdisciplinary Lesson – “Weather vs. Climate”

Through interactive tasks and teamwork, students learned the difference between weather and climate and explored how global warming affects our planet.

Visit to Sanok Mediateka – “Discover, Imagine, Create”

This visit encouraged exploration, creativity, and multimedia experimentation to help students better understand scientific and environmental concepts.

Yoga and Story Session – “Journey of the Little Raindrop”

Students experienced a blend of movement, storytelling, and relaxation while learning about nature’s cycles and developing emotional awareness.

Tree Planting – “Growing Green”

Together with international peers, students planted trees to contribute to climate action and discussed the importance of green spaces and global cooperation.
