The project title “More Future, Less Plastic” is not only a catchy title, it should also serve as a guiding principle for the project. It is the core aim of this adventure based on our deep conviction that the project’s activities will help students to reach out awareness about plastic pollution and developing activism to change something for their own future.

WE WILL WORK ON:

*  Recycling and cleaning actions

* Biodiversity and water pollution

*3R’s

The main core of the project is to integrate students from four schools to work and produce proper outcomes of their work. Students from four partner schools:

Germany, Poland, Catalonia and Cyprus

First mobility of the project in Manresa

Last March 2022, from the 21st to the 25th, we hosted our dearest partners in our beautiful (and rainy) city of Manresa. We spent five days getting to know each other better and doing several activities and workshops with the aim of raising awareness on the excessive consumption of plastic, and trying to find alternatives to reduce it. It had the title Is plastic-free possible?. Here, you’ll find a summary of the main activities we carried out.

Mobility in Poland

In May 2022, from the 9th to the 13th, we visited the beautiful and quiet town of Tarnobrzeg, in Poland, as part of our Erasmus+ project Less plastic-More future. In this mobility, the focus was on the 3r (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). We reused plastic in order to create new products, and we created unforgettable memories together with the different students from Germany, Cyprus, and our wonderful hosts from Poland.

We visit Cyprus with the Erasmus+ project

Some weeks ago, between the 13th and the 19th of November, eight students of 4th of ESO, together with two teachers, visited the beautiful island of Cyprus.

As you know, we are part of an Erasmus+ project, revolving around the topic “Less plastic, more future”. In this particular mobility, the focus of the activities was on biodiversity and what we could do, as European young people, to preserve it.

It was a wonderful experience for all of us: we learned a lot about biodiversity, we practised our English and we created unforgettable memories with amazing people who will be in our hearts forever.

Together, we work towards creating a better world without plastic!

End of the project Erasmus+ in Germany

Some weeks ago, from the 5th to the 11th of February, six students from 4th ESO and one student from 3rd ESO visited the German city of Duisburg for the last mobility of our Erasmus+ project “Less plastic, more future”.

During the week, we carried out a workshop on upcycling, using bottles and milk containers, and we shared our recycling systems with the fellow schools from Germany, Poland and Cyprus. Together with that, we visited a really interesting photo exhibition and we also practised some sports. It was a really fun week surrounded by our new friends. We feel so grateful with our German hosts for having treated us so well during this amazing week!

This mobility means the end of this Erasmus+ project for us, but we hope to be joining in other projects very soon!
