On Monday, February 24th, students in the first and second years of their high school education  had the pleasure of attending a conference delivered by Cristina Vargas from Burlington Publisher. The event was centered around British customs and traditions, offering a unique glimpse into the cultural nuances of the United Kingdom and other English-speaking countries.

Cristina Vargas told the students quite a few interesting anecdotes about traditional customs, iconic traditions, and noteworthy facts that define the UK. She highlighted some quintessential British words and expressions, as well as characteristic elements that set Great Britain and other English-speaking nations apart.
