Carla asks us how we can connect the English classes with the work of Olafur Eliasson. Pau comments that the title of the work is in English and some say that it has something related to the weather.Â
We then propose to remember the vocabulary of the weather and to make a forecast of the weather for a few days. We divide ourselves into groups and looking to the calendar we plan the dates so that we can record it and send it to the other groups of students.
To start preparing our weather forecast, Carla suggests us to make a little example on the whiteboard to know how to structure the sentences that we are going to write in our script.
So, all together, we write down some ideas that we can use to write our script.
We realise that we don’t know how to conjugate the verb to build the sentences, so we look for a real weather forecast in English to listen to the way they present the information. We see that they often use the structure ‘it will be…’.
