DIFFERENT TYPES OF HOUSES

Looking at the differences between the two schools in Riudaura Clara says the new school is a house because it has one floor and the old school is a flat because it has got two floors. However, Gal•la explains she lives in a house that has three floors and it is not a flat.
Since we don’t know what the difference between these two buildings is, we decide to make a drawing of our house to find it. We finally come to the conclusion that a family lives in one house and many families live in a flat.
Magalí tells us that she has an apartment and wants to know what the difference is. We believe that the three are places where you can live but are different. We think of other types of houses that we know and draw them.
After adding to our map everything we’ve done so far, we watch the video Types of houses in Britain https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rL9sutnl9Zc) which explains the different types of houses in England and we do a drawing dictation with the houses we already know and with the ones we saw in the video.
