Hola! Hello! Γεια χαρά!
My name is Emmanouilidou Raphaela, I’m 22 years old and I will work as a Physical education teacher assistant in the Enric Farreny School of Lleida from March to April of 2021. I come from Thessaloniki, the second largest city of Greece, which is in the north of the country.
Few months ago, I did my degree in Physical Education and Sports Science with specialization on Sports Rehabilitation, chronic diseases, and injuries. Since I love travelling and meeting new people, I have already visited many places, hoping to make greater memories each time. I studied one semester in Cologne, Germany and I participated in many mobility programs abroad as well. The fact that I speak german, english and (a bit of) spanish helps me to feel more comfortable during each trip.
If I had to describe myself, I would say that I’m beyond grateful for everything I have, I am always open to face new challenges and I’m also willing to work a lot. I am so excited to be given the opportunity to do my internship at the school, combining both my love for interacting and learning from children as well as entering a new environment and gaining new experiences on my field of labor. I am looking forward to gaining experience through my work at the school, learning about teaching methods used in Spain and of course the life habits and culture of the country!
I am sure that these three months will be life changing and a great opportunity to learn a lot!
