Merhaba, ben Rabia. Türkiyeden geldim. Escola Enrıc Farreny de 3 ay İngilizce Öğretmeni Asistani olarak staj yaptım. Ögretmenler ve okulda çalışan herkes çok sıcakkanlı ve kibardı. Bu stajyer olarak okula kısa sürede atapte olmamızı sağlayan temel etkenlerden biriydi. Herhangi bir konuda yardıma ihtiyacımız olduğunda, o konuda bize yardımcı olacak ve bilgilendirecek kişileri bulmak kolaydı. Okulda en sevdiğim ve takdir ettiğim özellıklerden bırı öğretmenler arasındakı takım ruhu. Aralarında aıleye yakın bır samımıyet ve ıletısım var. Ogrencılerle ılgılı sureklı toplantılar yapıp konusuyorlar ve sorunları dıle getırıp tartısıp beraber cozum yolları bulmaya calısıyorlar. Yenılıklere son derece acıklar. Farklı kultur gelenek dans, din ve diller ilgi alanlari. Bu da ogrencılerı yenılıklere acık ve saygılı bireyler olarak yetişmesınde onemlı faktorlerden bırı olduğunu düşünüyorum.
Hello, I am Rabia. I come from Turkey. I did an internship at Escola Enric Farreny in Lleida for 3 months as an English teacher assistant. The teachers and everyone working at the school were very friendly and polite. This was one of the main factors that enabled us to adapt in a short time as an intern. When we needed help about anything, it was easy to find people to help and inform us. One of my favorite and admired qualities at school is the team spirit among the teachers. Among them there is a sincerity and communication close to the family. They do meetings and talk with the students on a regular basis and try to find ways to solve problems together by discussing them. They are open-minded about innovations. The topics that they are interested in can be anything new such as different cultures, traditions, dance, religion and languages. I think that this is one of the most important factors for the students to grow up as open-minded and respectful individuals.
