La mobilitat a l’International School of Bergamo ha finalitzat. D’aquesta experiència tan enriquidora ens emportem moltes idees per poder aplicar i millorar les nostres escoles. A través de l’observació directa i de les entrevistes amb els diferents professionals del centre, coneixem altres manera de desenvolupar amb èxit la nostra tasca docent.
Tot i tractar-se d’una escola amb una realitat molt diferent les nostres, en podem aprendre. A continuació, destaquem alguns dels aspectes més rellevants.
En primer lloc, la bona organització del currículum i la seva planificació i estructuració, tant a nivell horitzontal com vertical.
Seguidament, el domini de la llengua anglesa per part de l’alumnat, tot i que per a la majoria aquesta no és la seva llengua materna.
També considerem molt interessant el grau d’assoliment de les habilitats i estratègies d’aprenentatge que presenten els infants i joves (capacitat d’autogestió, autonomia, comunicació, etc); així com el saber estar i la bona actitud que presenta que presenta tot l’alumnat del centre.
Marxem molt agraïdes per la generositat de l’equip de l’ISB, per haver-nos obert la seva escola i compartir amb nosaltres el seu projecte. Alhora, agraïm també l’oportunitat que ens ha ofert el nostre Centre de Recursos Pedagògics a través del programa Erasmus+ALASVO.

The mobility at the International School of Bergamo has ended. From this enriching experience we take away many ideas to be able to apply and improve our schools. Through direct observation and interviews with the different professionals at the centre, we know other ways to successfully develop our teaching work.
Despite being a school with a very different reality from ours, we can learn from it. Below, we highlight some of the most relevant aspects.
First, the good organization of the curriculum and its planning and structuring, both horizontally and vertically.
Next, the students’ command of the English language, although for the majority it is not their mother tongue.
We also consider the degree of achievement of the learning skills and strategies that the children and young people have (capacity for self-management, autonomy, communication, etc.) to be very interesting; as well as the good attitude that all the students at the centre demonstrate.
We are very grateful for the generosity of the ISB team, for opening their school to us and sharing their project with us. At the same time, we are also grateful for the opportunity that our Pedagogical Resource Center has offered us through the Erasmus+ALASVO program.
