The 4th grade students are learning English in a different way. They are playing games in the school playground.
First day, children learnt some vocabulary about different Physical Education materials (balls, cones, hoops, goal, basket, rope, mat, sticks…) and verbs (throw, run, take, walk, stop…). After, they played some games like “Change your place”, “Run to your hoop”, “Spider”…It was very important that pupils communicate in English as much as possible.
Second day, students did an activity called “Race dictation”. Children had to work cooperatively and they practiced reading and writing. This activity is very interesting to do with them because they run, read, look, talk, write… and have fun!
