Year 4 pupils would like to share with you some videos of the play that they acted out for year 1 and year 3 children.
This year both year 4 classes worked on the French tale Stone Soup, a cumulative story which, surprisingly, Year 4 pupils had never heard of.
We started off by watching the story on video so they would get familiar with it, then they chose what part they wanted to play and finally they got down to work. It was hard work learning the lines and polishing their pronunciation but they all enjoyed it and took it seriously.
