Last week, Y6 students from ZER l’Eral and ZER l’Oliver went to Soncillo (Burgos) to carry out a language immersion project. There, our students had the opportunity to meet students from another school of Casalarreina (La Rioja).
Teachers did this project at the end of the last school year in order to give students the opportunity to learn English living together for a week in an environment where English is spoken throughout the day.
Thanks to these days, students have been able to speak with native teachers, live with different boys and girls and learn while having a good time.
It has been a superb experience where laugher, mutual understanding and different memorable moments have appeared constantly. Seeing snow at the beginning of April cannot be said by everyone.

La setmana passada els alumnes de 6è de la Zer l’Eral i de la Zer l’Oliver van anar a Soncillo (Burgos) a realitzar un projecte d’immersió lingüística. Allí, els nostres alumnes van tenir l’oportunitat de conèixer altres alumnes d’una altra escola de Casalarreina (La Rioja).
Vam presentar aquest projecte a finals del curs passat per tal de donar l’oportunitat als nostres alumnes d’aprendre anglès convivint durant una setmana en un ambient on es parla anglès durant tot el dia.
Gràcies a aquests dies, els alumnes han pogut conversar amb professors nadius, conviure amb diferents nens i nenes i aprendre al mateix temps que s’ho passaven bé.
Ha estat una experiència increïble on els somriures, la complicitat i diferents moments memorables han estat presents en tot moment. Veure nevar a principis d’Abril no ho pot dir tothom.
