It is aimed at professionals who act on microcomputer systems, on hardware and software, ensuring the quality of operation and use, supporting the user in handling. Professionals who create web pages that integrate different elements, with appropriate languages and editors and publish them on the corresponding server.
Many people have acquired professional skills in the workplace, through professional experience or unofficial training, so they have the skills, but not the official accreditation. The assessment and accreditation process allows these people to obtain official certification.
Procedures for the assessment and accreditation of professional competencies are periodically convened to recognize non-formal experience or training and obtain official certification.
