TALLER JOVES I EUROPA

El passat mes de juny l’alumnat de 4t d’ESO va participar en el taller “Joves i Europa”. Durant la taula rodona es van tractar tres eixos temàtics: migracions, fons Next Generation i canvi climàtic. L’acte conduït per Núria Vilanova va ser una bona oportunitat per reflexionar sobre temes molt actuals de la Unió Europea.

IDEES DE NEGOCI SOSTENIBLES

Els nostres alumnes de 3r i 4t d’ESO han estat desenvolupant, en grups cooperatius, idees de negoci sostenibles, respectuoses amb el medi ambient i amb les persones. Seguint la metodologia d’aprenentatge basat en projectes (ABP), han deixat anar la seva creativitat per donar forma a projectes que tenen per objectiu transformar el món en què vivim. Les seves idees de negoci compleixen un o més dels 17 Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible de les Nacions Unides.

THE COOPERATIVE HIGHLAND IS MAKING THE CATALOGUE OF LOCAL PRODUCTS

The members of the cooperative Highland are in the process of making the catalogue. Last Thursday, they presented the products orally in the assembly that takes place every Thursday. The catalogue will be written in English and will contain local products that are produced nearby. This year our cooperative partner is from Asturias. We hope that the cooperation will be successful!!!

THE COOPERATIVE PROJECT STARTS

The students of 3rd of ESO have been working in groups in order to design an attractive logo and name for their cooperative. Have a look at their videos if you want to know the different options! Next week, after voting for the best name and logo they will start writing the cooperative rules and will decide the organizational chart.

COOPERATION is a very interesting experience for them!!!

LA COOPERATIVA D’ALUMNES “MITA” FA DONACIÓ DE PART DELS SEUS BENEFICIS A JERONI DE MORAGAS

Aquesta setmana s’ha fet efectiu el pagament del 10% dels beneficis de la cooperativa d’alumnes “MITA” a l’entitat Jeroni de Moragas. En aquesta ocasió, els alumnes han triat una entitat molt propera a nosaltres i amb lligams amb la Terra Alta. Es tracta de l’Associació de Rehabilitació i Educació Especial Jeroni de Moragas de Móra d’Ebre, la qual té com  a objectiu garantir la millora de la qualitat de vida de les persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual i del desenvolupament.

Per cert, les agendes de l’alumnat de Batea estan realitzades al taller de Jeroni de Moragas.

MITA, OUR SCHOOL COOPERATIVE

Our 3rd of ESO students created a cooperative called MITA. They had to make a logo, create an organizational chart and write the cooperative rules during the first term. Their main aim was to promote local products, that’s why they created an online catalogue and sent it to their cooperative partner in Asturias. At the end of the school year, they organized a market where they sold products from Batea and from Asturias. Most of the profits will be used to pay their end of the year school trip but 10% of the profits will be sent to a social project for people with intellectual disabilities called “Jeroni de Moragas”. Well done!!!

Campus Repte Emprèn

Our 3rd of ESO students participated in Campus Repte Emprèn organized by Fundació La Caixa that took place in Tiana (Barcelona) from the 8th to the 11th May. Our students spent four wonderful days with other participants from different parts of Spain, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. It was a great opportunity for them to get to know people from different cultures and to learn from entrepreneurs of different fields.

On the 11th May, every team presented their pitch in Caixa Forum and the five best teams will have the chance to spend ten days in Silicon Valley (USA). The name of the winners will be published at the end of the month.

 

MITA OFFERS A CATALOGUE WITH PRODUCTS FROM TERRA ALTA

CONVERSEM AMB JOSEFINA FÍGOLS

Avui a la classe d’Emprenedoria de 3r d’ESO hem conversat amb Josefina Fígols, una dona nascuda a Batea que ha estat una gran emprenedora al llarg de la seva vida en la seva carrera com a modista, dissenyant roba i moda de bany.

Actualment, ja retirada de la seva vida professional, és una dona compromesa amb el respecte a la natura, la vida saludable, la cultura, la igualtat de gènere i es preocupa per l’educació integral de les noves generacions. Una conversa molt interessant amb aquesta dona de 90 anys que té una gran vitalitat i il·lusió per transmetre els seus coneixements!
